The Antigo Gridiron Club meeting was called to order by President Joel Nowinsky at 6:35. The meeting was held at Schofield Stadium.

FINANCIAL REPORT: Joan Bauknecht gave the financial report, Don Strobel made a motion to approve, Matt Shinners second.

Membership: We’ve been getting a good response on membership from the letters that were sent out.

Stadium signs: There are 14 signs at the Stadium. Renewal letters were sent out, and we still have room for more signs if anyone is interested.

Pig Roast---Tentative date for the pig roast is Saturday, August 23. This is a day after the scrimmage in Wausau.

Tailgate, first home game—9/5/08. We still need a group of people to chair this event. There was a discussion on raffle tickets.

BUILDING DISCUSSION: Ceiling—2 bids--after a discussion, there was a motion made by Brad Henricks to approve 3475.00 to drywall, prime and finish the ceiling. Matt Shinners seconded the motion.

At the next meeting we will pick a date to work on the landscaping, and exterior and floor.

Tim Prunty will find out about the concession back counter and coolers that we need.

PA system—School District got quotes 1 year ago, Tim will bring back info and pricing.

Sponsor and Meeting room plaques were discussed, will get some quotes from Bob Ourada and see what he has to offer.

Continuation of the “Turf” plan—should see a noticeable change this year.

CLUB ELECTIONS at next month’s meeting. We need names for the ballots.

The next meeting will be on June 10, 2008 at 6:30 p.m at Place to be announced
