The Antigo Gridiron Club meeting was called to order by President Joel Nowinsky at 6:30.   The meeting was held at the building at Schofield Stadium.

FINANCIAL REPORT:  Joanie Bauknecht reported on income and expenses since the last meeting, and showed balances in accounts.  Rick Warren made a motion to approve the financials and Don Strobel seconded the motion.

CLUB INSURANCE:  Made out check for Club insurance for $250.00 to McCormick Klessig.

MEMBERSHIP:  Membership letters were sent out and the response has been excellent. Extra membership brochures are available.

OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS:  Joel Nowinsky, President and Deb Black, Vice President will not be returning as officers.  There are 4 Board of Directors positions to be filled this year, Shinners, Warren, Henricks, and Lewis.  Elections will be held at the June meeting.  Officers are needed.  Most of the financials, fundraisers and other activities are already set up, so anyone thinking about taking over the positions could step in with a minimal amount of work.

PARENT COMMITTEE:  Working on establishing a parent committee to take care of organizing the Meet The Robins, Team dinners, (parents put on a meal for the Varsity team the night before the games); Gatorade, ice and oranges for the team at half time (this will be delivered by Lakeside, however there needs to be a parent to coordinate this with the coach), organizing food for the team on certain long trips, senior night, 50/50, the banquet, material for the website, etc.  Expenses for these events are paid for by the Gridiron Club. Meet the Robins will be held on Thursday, August 19.  We need parents to chair this event.

It was suggested that we get parents involved in the program from the youth Dave Brandt through Varsity.  Letters to the parents will be going out before the next meeting, explaining what needs to be done.  Volunteers that no longer have children in the program, parents of past players, and anyone who is interested are also invited to help out.

END ZONE SIGNS: There are 2 openings for signs in the end zones.  Cost is $400.00 for the first year (for production) and $250.00 for renewals.

NEXT MEETING:  Meetings were scheduled for Tuesday June 22, and Tuesday August 10, at Schofield Stadium, Time:  6:30.

Respectfully submitted by Jeanne Nowinsky
